Ms. Althea Jackson a Trauma-Informed Literacy Teacher who holds a Master of Arts in Education.
Is the Creator of The Survivors Healing Project, a nonprofit organization that provides support for gun violence survivors.
Ms. Jackson is a Licensed English Language Arts and Reading Teacher with the state of Michigan and the state of Texas. She is the Founder of Drawing and Writing MY Way Through Trauma. An after-school program for children ages 10 - 15 who have been impacted by trauma.
She is a Gun Violence Survivor and 6-year volunteer with
